The prices of Products are displayed in New Zealand currency.
Variation/cancellation of order
The Customer may vary or cancel the order up to the point in time that Orient Express has commenced cooking the order by contacting Orient Express (+64 7 870 1717). If the Customer wishes to cancel the order after the order has been cooked and packed, the Customer will need to pay the full amount owing ‚ or as agreed with the restaurant.
Refunds & chargebacks
Online payments made through Orient Express are handled by Verifone. Payments made through Verifone will appear on your statement as Orient Express.
